Drue Jaramillo serves as Petras 1031 DST Property Research Analyst and Portfolio Architect. He is responsible for underwriting and evaluating Petras pre-structured property inventory and recommended portfolio allocations. Using Petras online DST Custom Portfolio Design Center, Drue collaborates with private clients to construct highly diversified and customized DST passive income portfolios branded as Personal Optimized Property Portfolios (POPP).
Drue is a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University with degrees in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics. He is also the founding Treasurer of the Hispanic Restaurant Association and played a role in establishing that organizations financial infrastructure.
Drues applied knowledge of business operations, data analytics, and financial risk management positions him at the intersection of technology and finance. He represents a new generation of portfolio analysts who combine data-driven research with predictive technology tools for efficient asset allocation.
