Transaction Coordinator and Investor Relations Manager

Stefanie Schreiber-Jones serves as DST and 1031 Transaction Manager for Petras personalized portfolio closings. She brings more than 20 years of experience providing operations and client support services in the real estate industry across education, compliance, title abstracting, and escrow.

In prior roles, Stefanie led management and training for transaction support staff and was recognized as an industry leader in developing systems for efficient property closings. At Petra, she ensures each client experiences a seamless and integrated closing process.

In her free time, Stefanie enjoys family time, supporting her daughters competitive horse jumping, and volunteering with a local non-profit therapeutic riding program for veterans and first responders. She is a native Coloradan.
